Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using FlujiPay. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FlujiPay regarding your use of our payment platform and related services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FlujiPay's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all merchants, users, and visitors of our platform.
2. Account Registration
You must create an account to use FlujiPay's services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Payment Processing
FlujiPay provides payment processing services subject to applicable laws and payment network rules. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or terminate access for violations of these terms or applicable law.
4. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
Merchants are responsible for maintaining a chargeback rate below 1% of their total transaction volume. Exceeding this threshold may result in account suspension or termination. You agree to respond to disputes promptly and maintain sufficient documentation to resolve chargebacks.
5. Fees & Payments
You agree to pay all applicable fees as described in our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our fees with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance of new fees.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not use FlujiPay for illegal transactions, fraudulent activity, or any activity that violates applicable laws. Prohibited activities include money laundering, financing terrorism, processing stolen payment credentials, or operating unlicensed financial services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlujiPay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our services.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or excessive chargebacks. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, all provisions that should survive termination will continue to apply.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
